摘要
目的:探讨层级管理模式对神经内科护理人员护理能力与工作满意度的影响。方法:选取本院2019年1-7月神经内科护理人员46例为研究对象,对其实施层级管理模式,比较实施前后科室护理人员护理能力、护理工作质量及对护理工作的满意度。结果:实施后,科室护理人员护理能力、护理工作质量及护理工作满意度评分均高于实施前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:层级管理模式可提高神经内科护理人员的护理能力、护理工作质量及护理工作满意度。
Objective:To explore the effects of hierarchical management model on nursing competence and job satisfaction of nurses in neurology department.Method:A total of 64 nurses in neurology department of our hospital from January to July 2019 were selected as the research objects and hierarchical management model was implemented for them.Their nursing competence,quality of nursing work and job satisfaction were compared before and after implementing.Result:After implementing,the nursing competence,quality of nursing work and job satisfaction of nursing staff were all higher than those before implementing,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Hierarchical management model can enhance nursing competence,ameliorate quality of nursing work and improve job satisfaction of nurse in neurology department.
