协同式策略式护理在儿童难治性支原体肺炎纤维支气管镜治疗中的应用及依从性分析

Application and Compliance Analysis of Cooperative Strategic Nursing in the Treatment of Children with Refractory Mycoplasma Pneumoniae Pneumonia by Fiberoptic Bronchoscopy

目的:探讨协同式策略式护理在儿童难治性支原体肺炎(refractory mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia,RMPP)纤维支气管镜治疗中的应用及依从性。方法:选取笔者所在医院行纤维支气管镜治疗的120例RMPP患儿为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组和研究组,各60例。对照组采用常规护理干预,研究组采用协同式策略式护理干预。比较两组生存质量、依从性及血气指标。结果:干预后,研究组生理功能、情感功能、社会功能及角色功能评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后,研究组依从性评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后,研究组PaCO2低于对照组,PaO2及SaO2高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:将协同式策略式护理干预应用于儿童RMPP纤维支气管镜治疗中,可以明显改善患儿的血气指标,提升其生存质量及依从性。

Objective:To explore the application and compliance of cooperative strategic nursing in the treatment of children with refractory mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia(RMPP)by fiberoptic bronchoscopy.Method:A total of 120 children with RMPP who were treated by fiberoptic bronchoscopy in our hospital were selected as the research objects.They were randomly divided into the control group and the research group by random number table method,with 60 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing intervention,while the research group was given collaborative strategic nursing intervention.The quality of life,compliance and blood gas indexes of the two groups were compared.Result:After intervention,the scores of physiological function,emotional function,social function and role function in the research group were all higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the compliance score of the research group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,PaCO2 in the research group was lower than that in the control group,and PaO2 and SaO2 were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of cooperative strategic nursing intervention in the treatment of children with RMPP by fiberoptic bronchoscopy can significantly improve the blood gas indexes of children,improve their quality of life and compliance.
