补肾活血法联合火针治疗白癜风的效果研究

Effect of Bushen Huoxue Method Combined with Fire Acupuncture on Vitiligo

目的:探究补肾活血法联合火针治疗白癜风的临床效果。方法:选取2018年4月-2019年10月笔者所在医院皮肤科确诊治疗的100例白癜风患者展开研究,以抽签法随机分为对照组和研究组,各50例。对照组外用他克莫司软膏,研究组在对照组基础上加用补肾活血法联合火针治疗,对比两组临床疗效及不良反应发生率。结果:研究组治疗总有效率为98%,高于对照组的82%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组不良反应发生率为6%,对照组为2%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:补肾活血法联合火针治疗白癜风效果显著,临床应用安全,值得临床借鉴。

Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of Bushen Huoxue method combined with fire acupuncture on vitiligo.Method:A total of 100 patients with vitiligo diagnosed and treated in the dermatology department of the author's hospital from April 2018 to October 2019 were selected for study,and they were randomly divided into the control group and the study group,with 50 cases each.The control group was treated with Tacrolimus Ointment,and the study group was treated with fire acupuncture combined with Bushen Huoxue method on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Result:The total effective rate in the study group was 98%,which was higher than 82%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was 6%,that in the control group was 2%,there was no difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Bushen Huoxue method combined with fire acupuncture in treatment of vitiligo is effective,safe and worthy of clinical reference.
