胎头深陷行子宫下段剖宫产取胎的临床效果及安全性

Clinical Effect and Safety of Lower Uterine Segment Cesarean Section Extraction for Deep Fetal Head

目的:分析胎头深陷行子宫下段剖宫产取胎方法的临床效果及安全性。方法:选取本院2017年1月-2020年1月收治的胎头深陷患者共100例,随机分为观察组和对照组,各50例。观察组采取经足牵引臀位取出胎儿,对照组采取经阴道上推胎头头位取出胎儿。比较两组术中出血量、手术操作时间、产后出血、产褥感染的发生率。结果:观察组术中出血量、手术时间、产后出血、产褥感染的发生率均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:胎头深陷行子宫下段剖宫产经足牵引臀位取出胎儿手术方法临床效果及安全性高,可有效减少术中出血,缩短手术时间,并可减少产后出血、产褥感染的发生率,值得推广和应用。

Objective:To analyze the clinical effect and safety of lower uterine segment cesarean section extraction for deep fetal head.Method:A total of 100 patients with deep fetal head treated in our hospital from January 2017 to January 2020 were randomly divided into the observation group and the contol group,50 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with foot traction breech position to remove fetus,and the control group was treated with pushing the fetal head through the vagina to remove fetus.The intraoperative bleeding volume,operation time,postpartum hemorrhage and the incidence of puerperal infection were compared between the two groups.Result:The amount of intraoperative bleeding,operation time,postpartum hemorrhage and the incidence of puerperal infection in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The method of foot traction breech position to remove fetus in lower uterine segment cesarean section extraction for deep fetal head has high clinical effect and safety.It can effectively reduce the intraoperative bleeding,shorten the operation time,and reduce the incidence of postpartum hemorrhage and puerperal infection.It is worth popularizing and applying.
