自拟中药汤剂在急性上呼吸道感染患儿临床症状改善中的应用效果

Application Effect of Self-made Chinese Medicine Decoction in Improving Clinical Symptoms of Children with Acute Upper Respiratory Tract Infection

目的:研究自拟中药汤剂在急性上呼吸道感染患儿临床症状改善中的应用效果。方法:选取笔者所在医院2019年8月-2020年5月收治的急性上呼吸道感染患儿148例,随机分为研究组和对照组,每组74例,研究组采取自拟中药汤剂治疗,对照组采取匹多莫德颗粒治疗,观察并比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果:研究组的治疗总有效率为97.30%,显著高于对照组的82.43%(P<0.05);研究组的症状消失时间显著早于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对急性上呼吸道感染患儿采取自拟中药汤剂治疗,能够缩短症状消失时间,稳定控制病情。

Objective:To study the effect of Self-made Traditional Chinese Medicine Decoction in improving clinical symptoms in children with acute upper respiratory tract infection.Method:A total of 148 children with acute upper respiratory tract infection admitted in our hospital from August 2019 to May 2020 were randomly divided into a research group and a control group,with 74 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Pidotimod Granules,the study group was treated with Self-made Traditional Chinese Medicine Decoction,and the therapeutic effects of the two groups of patients were observed and compared.Result:The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was 97.30%,which was significantly higher than 82.43%in the control group(P<0.05).The disappearance time of symptoms in the study group was significantly earlier than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Treating children with acute upper respiratory tract infection with Self-made Chinese Medicine Decoction can shorten the time of symptom disappearance and stabilize the disease.
