中医穴位按摩结合导乐分娩应用于初产妇的效果

Effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine Acupoint Massage Combined with Doula Delivery in Primipara

目的:研究中医穴位按摩结合导乐分娩应用于初产妇的效果。方法:选取2017年10月-2019年10月本院收治的初产妇56例为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各28例。对照组予以常规分娩干预模式,观察组在对照组的基础上予以中医穴位按摩结合导乐的干预模式。观察两组产妇分娩情况、产程时间、新生儿Apgar评分、不同时间点分娩疼痛及分娩前后产妇负面情绪情况。结果:观察组自然分娩率高于对照组(P<0.05),剖宫产及产钳助产率均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组第一产程、第二产程均短于对照组(P<0.05);新生儿Apgar评分高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组不同时间点产妇分娩疼痛评分均低于对照组(P<0.05);干预后观察组SAS及SDS评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:中医穴位按摩结合导乐分娩应用于初产妇可以缓解产妇不良情绪,缩短产程及减轻分娩疼痛,促进自然分娩,可于临床推广。

Objective:To study the effect of traditional chinese medicine acupoint massage combined with doula delivery in primipara.Method:F iftysix primipara admmited to our hospital from October 2017 to October 2019 were selected as the study subjects,and were divided into the control group and the observation group according to random number table method,28 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional delivery intervention mode,and the observation group was given traditional Chinese medicine acupoint massage combined with doula intervention mode on the basis of the control group.Observed the delivery situation,birth process time and Apgar score of the newborn,the delivery pain at different time points and the maternal negative emotions before and after intervention of the two groups.Result:The natural delivery rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The rates of cesarean section and forceps delivery in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The first and second labor process in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).The Apgar score of newborns in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).At different time points,the pain scores of parturients in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the SAS and SDS scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of traditional Chinese medicine acupoint massage combined with Doula delivery in primipara can alleviate maternal adverse emotions,shorten the labor process and reduce labor pain,promote natural delivery,and can be popularized clinically.
