摘要
目的:探究冰茶灵洗剂在子午流注理论指导下时辰给药预防ICU重症患者口腔溃疡的效果。方法:选取2019年1-6月笔者所在医院70例ICU重症患者,将其随机分为观察组和对照组,各35例。两组均采用冰茶灵洗剂进行口腔护理,观察组根据子午流注时辰给药,对照组予常规时间点给药。比较两组口腔溃疡、口腔异味、口腔真菌感染发生率。结果:护理后第5天,两组口腔溃疡、口腔异味、口腔真菌发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后第10天和第14天,观察组口腔溃疡、口腔异味、口腔真菌发生率均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:冰茶灵洗剂在子午流注理论指导下时辰(巳时)给药对可降低ICU重症患者口腔溃疡、口腔异味、口腔真菌感染的发生,值得临床推广。
Objective:To explore the effect of Bingchaling Lotion under the guidance of meridional flow theory medicine time on prevention of oral ulcer in ICU severe patients.Method:From January to June 2019,70 ICU severe patients in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 35 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with Bingchaling Lotion for oral nursing.The observation group was given medicine according to the meridional flow medicine time,and the control group was given medicine at the regular time point.The incidence of oral ulcer,oral peculiar smell and oral fungal infection in the two groups were compared.Result:On the 5 th day after nursing,there were no statistically significant differences in the incidence of oral ulcer,oral peculiar smell and oral fungal infection between the two groups(P>0.05).On the 10th and 14th day after nursing,the incidence of oral ulcer,oral peculiar smell and oral fungal infection in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Under the guidance of meridional flow theory medicine time(Sishi),Bingchaling Lotion can reduce the occurrence of oral ulcer,oral peculiar smell and oral fungal infection in ICU severe patients,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
