Study on Overburden Pre-mixing in Side Ore Drawing

摘要 为解决某铁矿放矿过程中覆岩提前混入、矿石损失贫化大的问题,基于椭球体放矿理论、MATLAB程序以及PFC3D软件,采用实验室物理试验和数值模拟试验进行放矿研究。研究结果表明:现行采场结构参数与矿岩移动规律不匹配是废石提前混入、矿石损失贫化大的主要原因,据此对采场结构参数进行优化,确定最优的采场结构参数(分段高度×进路间距×崩矿步距)为20m×17m×3.8m,以该组结构参数安排矿山生产,矿石回采率提高至90.43%,贫化率降低至8.41%,明显增加了矿山的经济效益。 In order to solve the problem of overburden pre-mixing,as well as large ore loss and dilution during ore drawing in an iron mine,based on the ellipsoid drawing theory,MATLAB program and PFC3 Dsoftware,laboratory physical test and numerical simulation test were used to study ore drawing.The results show that the mismatching between the current stope structural parameters with the movement law of ore and rock is the main reason for the overburden pre-mixing and the large ore loss and dilution.Therefore,the stope structure parameters are optimized,and the best stope structure parameter(sectional height×approach spacing×collapse step)is determined as 20 m×17 m×3.8 m.When the mining production is arranged on the basis of the best stope structure parameter,the ore recovery rate can be increased to 90.43%and the dilution rate can be reduced to 8.41%,which significantly increases the economic benefits of the mine.
