夫精宫腔内人工授精时机对妊娠成功率的影响分析

Analysis of the influence of the timing of intra-uterine insemination of husband’s sperm on pregnancy success rate

目的探讨夫精宫腔内人工授精(IUI)的时机与妊娠成功率的关系。方法 156例(240个IUI周期)不孕患者,根据每周期授精次数分为单次授精组(76例, 120个)和双次授精组(80例, 120个)。单次授精组行单次IUI 1次,双次授精组行IUI 2次。比较两组妊娠率。结果双次授精组的妊娠率为20%,高于单次授精组的妊娠率10%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论夫精宫腔内IUI每周期排卵前后各做一次能够提高周期妊娠率。

Objective To discuss the correlation between timing of intra-uterine insemination of husband’s sperm and pregnancy success rate. Methods A total of 156 infertility patients(240 IUI cycles) were divided into single insemination group(76 cases, 120 cycles) and double insemination group(80 cases, 120 cycles) according to the number of inseminations per cycle. The single insemination group was treated with single IUI once, and the double insemination group was treated with IUI twice. The pregnancy rate of the two groups was compared. Results The pregnancy rate of double insemination group was 20%, which was higher than 10% of single insemination group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Intrauterine IUI in husband’s semen once before and after ovulation can improve the pregnancy rate.
