摘要
以3个桂花品种一年生实生苗为材料,设置了4个NaCl浓度,在温室中采用盆栽浇灌含有NaCl的Hoagland溶液的方法,调查实生苗受盐害症状并测定其叶片的细胞膜透性、可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白、SOD及POD活性,分析3个桂花品种的耐盐能力。结果表明,在不同盐浓度胁迫下,3个桂花品种的植株生长都受到了明显抑制;叶片电导率随着盐分梯度的增加而上升;随着胁迫时间的推进,可溶性糖的变化趋势为先升高后降低,可溶性蛋白的变化趋势为先降低后升高;在胁迫的第19 d,潢川金桂和大叶银桂的SOD随着盐浓度的上升呈现下降-上升-下降的趋势,而笑秋风则是先上升再下降;不同品种的POD活性在不同的处理浓度下表现出不同的趋势,在胁迫的第19 d,随着盐浓度的上升,潢川金桂和大叶银桂的POD呈现先下降再上升的趋势,而笑秋风则是先上升再下降。就NaCl处理浓度而言,低浓度(40 mmol/L)时,潢川金桂适应性良好,当高于此浓度后,潢川金桂受害严重;而在中高浓度(70 mmol/L和100 mmol/L)下,大叶银桂和笑秋风适应性则更好,这为桂花在盐渍化土壤区域的应用和推广提供了理论参考。
The seedlings of three Osmanthus fragrans cultivars were used as materials,and the salt tolerance of three O.fragrans cultivars was analyzed by using four NaCl concentrations and Hoagland solution containing NaCl in greenhouse.The results showed that the plant growth of three O.fragrans cultivars was significantly inhibited under different salt concentration stress;the leaf electrical conductivity increased with the increase of salt gradient;with the advance of stress time,the change trend of soluble sugar was first increased and then decreased,and the change trend of soluble protein was first decreased and then increased;on the 19th day of stress,the SOD of O.fragrans Huangchuan Jingui’and O.fragrans Daye Yin’were increased with the increase of salt concentration,the POD activities of different varieties showed different trends under different treatment concentrations.On the 19th day of stress,with the increase of salt concentration,the pod of O.fragrans Huangchuan Jingui’and O.fragrans Daye Yin’decreased first and then increased,while O.fragrans Xiao Qiufeng’increased first and then decreased.As far as NaCl concentration was concerned,the adaptability of O.fragrans Huangchuan Jingui’was good at low concentration(40 mmol/L),and it was seriously damaged when it was higher than this concentration;however,under medium and high concentration(70 mmol/L and 100 mmol/L),the adaptability of O.fragrans Daye Yin’and O.fragrans Xiao Qiufeng’were better,which provided a theoretical reference for the application and promotion of O.fragrans in saline soil area.
