摘要
介绍一种通过电晕机实现PTFE、陶瓷板料基材表面润湿性和粘接性能增大的方法,研究电晕加工PTFE、陶瓷材料在阻焊喷涂工艺上的应用及其时效性,重点解决PTFE、陶瓷材料在阻焊脱落的问题。
This paper introduces a method to increase the surface wettability and bonding performance of PTFE and ceramic boards base materials by corona machine,studying the application and aging of corona processing PTFE and ceramic materials in resistance welding spraying process,and focuses on solving the problem of PTFE and ceramic materials in Solder Mask drop.
