施肥方式和频率对条斑紫菜生长及主要光合生理指标的影响

摘要 紫菜养殖密度的不断扩大造成海水营养盐缺乏,紫菜品质下降,养殖者施加肥料效果不明。为了探讨施肥方式与频率对条斑紫菜生长及光合生理的影响情况,实验设置喷洒和浸泡两种施肥方式,3 d/次和6 d/次两种施肥频率。相同施肥方式下,施肥3 d/次的藻体相对生长率比6 d/次的显著高;相同处理频率下,喷洒施肥处理的相对生长率比浸泡施肥处理的显著高。不论施肥方式与频率变化,施肥处理的藻体相对生长率比空白处理组显著高。浸泡施肥处理后,F v/F m显著升高;喷洒施肥处理后,F v/F m显著降低。不同施肥频率对F v/F m无显著影响。不同施肥方式对藻体叶绿素、类胡萝卜素和藻胆蛋白的含量无显著影响;施肥处理3 d/次的色素、藻胆蛋白含量比6 d/次的显著高。施肥处理的藻体色素、藻胆蛋白含量比空白处理组显著高。说明采用喷洒施肥的方式,以3 d/次的频率施肥,可以显著提高条斑紫菜的生长速率和光合色素含量。该研究为条斑紫菜实际养殖时的施肥方式与频率提供了一定的理论参考依据。 The continuous expansion of the density of Pyropia sp.cultivation results in the lack of nutrient salt in seawater and the decline of the quality of Pyropia sp.The effect of applying fertilizer by farmers is unknown.The aim of this experiment was to investigate the effects of fertilization method and frequency on growth and photosynthetic physiology of Pyropia yezoensis.The experiment set two fertilization methods:spraying and soaking,and two fertilization frequencies:3 days/times and 6 days/times.Under the same fertilization method,the specific growth rate of algae was significantly higher in 3 days/times than in 6 days/times.Under the same treatment frequency,the specific growth rate of spraying fertilization was significantly higher than that of soaking fertilization.The specific growth rate of algae treated with fertilization was significantly higher than that of the control group,regardless of the change of fertilization method and frequency.F v/F m increased significantly after soaking fertilization.F v/F m was significantly reduced after spraying fertilization.Different fertilization frequencies had no significant effect on F v/F m.The contents of chlorophyll,carotenoid and phycobiliprotein were not significantly affected by different fertilization methods;The content of pigment and phycobiliprotein in 3 days/times of fertilization treatment was significantly higher than that in 6 days/times.The contents of pigment and phycobiliprotein treated by fertilization were significantly higher than those of the control group.The results showed that the growth rate and photosynthetic pigment content of Pyropia yezoensis could be significantly increased by spraying fertilization at 3 days/times frequency.This provides a theoretical reference for the fertilization method and frequency of Pyropia yezoensis in practice.
