互联网视角下京津冀零售业商业模式破坏性创新机理研究

Research on the Destructive Innovation Mechanism of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Retail Business Model in the Internet

零售业是促进产业结构调整、转变经济发展方式的重要领域,但互联网的应用与发展对其形成了冲击。目前,京津冀地区产业协同与结构调整问题突出。因此,根据年报资料从京该地区中筛选出王府井公司,然后从破坏性创新角度采用扎根理论分析公司商业模式创新并提炼创新机理。结果表明,王府井商业模式创新有破坏性创新特点,竞争模式和业务模式创新属核心范畴直接影响创新方向与路径。

The development of the Internet has had an impact on the traditional retail industry.But retail reflects the economic performance of a country and region.It is an important area to promote the adjustment of industrial structure and transform the mode of economic development.At present,the issue of industrial synergy and structural adjustment in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region has become increasingly prominent.Hence,we take the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei regional retail listed companies as an example,using the grounded theory from the perspective of destructive innovation analysis business model innovation and refined innovation mechanism.The results show that Wangfujing's business model innovation has the characteristics of destructive innovation,and the innovation of competitive model and business model innovation belongs to the core category,which directly affects the direction and path of innovation.
