社区文化与社区教育融合发展路径及实践

The Path and Practice of the Integrated Development of Community Culture and Community Education

目前社区教育在全国范围内开展得如火如荼,社区文化一直是社区建设的重点,二者的融合发展有重要的意义。根据社区文化与社区教育双螺旋上升的融合发展过程,从结合传统文化、服务人民群众、利用政策资金、培育文化人才、建设文化阵地、创建品牌特色、先进文化引领七个方面提出了二者融合发展的路径,在此基础上对常德市草坪镇的实践做法进行了分析,以期更好地推动社区建设的深入发展。

At present,community education is in full swing nationwide,community culture has always been the focus of community construction,and the integration of the two is of great significance.According to the integrated development process of the double spiral of community culture and community education,this paper puts forward the path of integrated development from the following seven aspects:combining traditional culture,serving the people,using policy funds,cultivating cultural talents,building cultural positions,creating brand characteristics,and leading advanced culture,and then analyzes the practice of Caoping Town in Changde City,in order to better promote the in-depth development of community construction.
