“医随”远程随访模型在减少乳腺良性肿瘤日间手术并发症中的应用

Application of the remote follow-up model of "drcloudme" in reducing the complications of benign breast tumor after day surgery

目的探讨“医随”远程随访模式在减少乳腺良性肿瘤日间手术术后并发症中的应用。方法选取2019年1月~2020年1月在我院治疗的日间手术患者798例为研究对象,分为对照组(399例)和观察组(399例)。对照组进行常规出院宣教;观察组在对照组基础上应用“医随”远程随访模式平台实施医护联合远程随访。两组均随访至术后1周,比较两组术后并发症发生率、疾病康复知识知晓率、复诊依从率及解除胸壁加压包按时率。结果两组术后并发症(尿频、尿急、尿痛、麻木、肌肉僵硬、抽搐、焦虑、血肿)发生率差异无统计学意义;观察组术后并发症(术口乙级红肿、出血、中度疼痛、恶心、胸闷、皮肤骚痒、水泡)发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组疾病康复知识知晓率、复诊依从率及解除胸壁加压包按时率均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论“医随”远程随访模式能有效减少乳腺良性肿瘤日间手术并发症的发生,提高患者生活质量,值得推广。

Objective To explore the application of the remote follow-up model of“drcloudme”in reducing the complications of benign breast tumor after day surgery.Methods From January 2019 to January 2020,a total of 798 patients undergoing day surgery treated in our hospital were selected as the subjects of research and divided into the control group(n=399)and the observation group(n=399).The control group received conventional discharge instruction and education.On the basis of the control group,the observation group received combined treatment and nursing remote follow-up on the platform of“drcloudme”.Both group were follow-up until one week after operation.The incidence of postoperative complications,the awareness rate of rehabilitation knowledge,the compliance with follow-up visits and the timely rate of releasing chest wall compression bandage were compared between the two groups.Results The incidence of postoperative complications(micturition,urgency of micturition,urodynia,numbness,muscle stiffness,convulsion,anxiety and hematoma)difference in the two groups were without statistical significance(P>0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications(the grade B redness and swelling of the incision,bleeding,moderate pain,nausea,chest distress,itchy skin and bleb)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The awareness rate of rehabilitation knowledge,the compliance with follow-up visits and the timely rate of releasing chest wall compression bandage of the observation group were all higher than those of the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion The remote follow-up model of"drcloudme"can effectively reduce the occurrence of complications of benign breast tumor after day surgery,improve the patients'quality of life,which is worthy of application.
