摘要
目的探讨采用智能化静脉输液系统在提高静脉输液安全性方面的效果。方法选择我院输液室在运用智能化静脉输液系统前后的的相关考察资料,以2个月为观察周期,智能化静脉输液系统运用前为对照组,智能化输液系统运用后为研究组,记录两组护士在静脉输液工作中出现的差错,计算差错率,比较两组的护理质量评分。结果医院护士在静脉输液护理工作中的差错主要体现在从接单、配液、穿刺、接液、拔针的护理流程上,计算两组的差错率,研究组的差错率要明显少于对照组(P<0.05)。按照制订的“静脉输液护理满意评分量表”进行评分,研究组的4项评分都高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论传统的护理工作中,护理人员在静脉输液的工作过程中难免会出现差错,智能化静脉输液系统运用信息技术于输液室的管理系统中,有利于减少护士在静脉输液护理各环节的差错发生率。
Objective To explore the effect of intelligent intravenous infusion system on improving the safety of intravenous infusion.Methods The relevant investigation data before and after the application of intelligent intravenous infusion system in transfusion room of our hospital were selected.The observation period was 2 months.The control group was treated without intelligent intravenous infusion system,while the study group was treated with intelligent intravenous infusion system.For the two groups,the errors of nurses in intravenous infusion were recorded,the error rates were calculated and the nursing quality scores were compared.Results The errors of hospital nurses in intravenous infusion nursing are mainly reflected in the nursing process of receiving orders,dispensing fluids,puncturing,receiving fluids and withdrawal of needles.The error rate of the two groups was calculated,and the error rate of the study group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).According to the developed"intravenous infusion nursing satisfaction scale"for the score,all 4 scores of the study group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion In the traditional nursing,the nurses will inevitably make mistakes in the process of intravenous infusion.The application of information technology in the management system of transfusion room by intelligent intravenous infusion system is beneficial to reduce the error rate of nurses in each link of intravenous infusion nursing.
