MRI诊断散发型椎管内多发神经鞘瘤病一例

摘要 本文报道1例椎管内多发神经鞘瘤的临床及影像资料,患者临床主要表现胸背部疼痛伴躯干及双下肢麻木、乏力。MRI主要表现为颈段及胸段椎管内髓外硬膜下的多发肿块及腰段椎管内脊髓圆锥及马尾神经周围多发病灶,增强扫描颈胸段椎管内病灶明显不均匀强化,内见液化坏死区,马尾神经周围病灶增强明显均匀强化。病理确诊为椎管内多发神经鞘瘤。临床结合患者表现及家族史诊断为散发型椎管内多发神经鞘瘤病。
