风环境分析与居住区方案阶段的优化设计

摘要 现代社会人们越来越重视环境的保护与可持续发展。生态建筑、绿色宜居理念是当前居住建筑发展的主流方向之一。在居住区的规划设计中,风环境分析对方案阶段的优化设计有重要作用。以紫荆公馆住宅项目为实例,基于CFD数值模拟探讨不同形式布局对小区风环境的影响。通过对室外风环境的系统分析,论证与优化居住区规划布局与景观设计,并探讨方案阶段居住区风环境的优化与被动式节能设计策略。 People in modern society pay more and more attention to environmental protection and sustainable development. The concept of ecological architecture and green livability is one of the current mainstream development directions of residential architecture.In the planning and design of residential areas,wind environment analysis plays an important role in the optimal design of the plan stage.Taking the Bauhinia Residence project as an example,the impact of different forms of layout on the wind environment of the community is discussed based on CFD numerical simulation. Through a systematic analysis of the outdoor wind environment,demonstrate and optimize the residential area planning layout and landscape design. It also discusses the optimization of the wind environment in the residential area and the passive energy-saving design strategy at the planning stage.
