摘要
建筑信息模型(BIM)为建筑行业带来新的发展契机。基于BIM技术的工程合同管理体系的建立对工程建设投资、设计、施工、运营4个阶段都具有重要意义,解决了传统工程合同管理中出现的问题。以基于BIM技术的工程合同管理体系为核心,着重论述了体系目标的选取及整个工程合同管理体系的构建过程,对整个体系的构成要素进行多层面论述。最后针对现阶段BIM用于工程合同管理出现的问题,提出了我国应用BIM进行工程合同管理的建议。
Building information modeling(BIM)brings new development opportunities to the construction industry. The establishment of a BIM-based engineering contract management system is of great significance to the four phases of engineering construction investment,design,construction,and operation,and solves the problems in traditional engineering contract management. This paper takes BIM technology-based engineering contract management system as the core,focuses on the selection of system objectives and the construction process of the entire engineering contract management system,and discusses the constituent elements of the entire system at multiple levels. Finally,in view of the problems of BIM used in engineering contract management at the current stage,suggestions for the application of BIM in engineering contract management in China are put forward.
