摘要
介绍山西晋蒙黄河大桥钢栈桥的设计与施工,通过优化钢栈桥设计,在桥面板安装、贝雷梁与上下横梁、钢管桩与桩顶横梁部位均采用装配式构造连接,每日可完成一跨12 m钢栈桥的所有搭设施工,极大地加快了钢栈桥的施工速度,减少现场焊接量。钢栈桥设计简便、经济、合理,整个钢栈桥施工过程标准、有序、可控,节约工期、节约成本,值得同类工程参考。
This paper introduces the design and construction of the steel trestle of Shanxi Jinmeng Yellow River Bridge. By optimizing the design of the steel trestle,the assembly structure is used to connect the bridge deck installation,bailey beam and upper and lower crossbeams,steel pipe pile and pile top crossbeam,which can complete all the construction of a 12 m-span steel trestle every day,greatly accelerating the construction speed of the steel trestle and reducing the field welding amount. The design of the steel trestle is simple,economic and reasonable. The whole construction process of the steel trestle is standard,orderly and controllable,saving the construction period and cost,which is worth reference for similar projects.
