摘要
埋入式柱脚是高层建筑的重要传力构件,根据设计规范,传统柱脚设计往往会造成底板基础厚度过大、基础截面尺寸过大,导致一定资源浪费和建筑功能性损失,为解决此矛盾,设计出一种新型的埋入式双底板柱脚,利用上层底板和下层底板的协同受力机理使基础的受力起始位置上移,从而减小柱底基础厚度。以新乡市守拙园项目3号钢结构公寓楼为依托,对双层底板埋入式柱脚进行了研究,探索该柱脚形式在高层建筑基础中的应用效果。
Embedded plinth is an important force transmission component of high-rise buildings. According to the design code,traditional plinth design often results in excessive thickness and cross-section size of the base plate,resulting in certain waste of resources and loss of building functionality. In order to solve this problem,a new type of embedded double baseplate plinth is designed,which uses the cooperative force machine of the upper baseplate and the lower baseplate In order to reduce the thickness of the foundation at the bottom of the column,the starting position of the foundation is moved up. Based on the 3 × steel structure apartment building of shouzhuoyuan project in Xinxiang City,this paper studies the double floor embedded plinth and explores its application effect in the foundation of high-rise buildings.
