摘要
以蒙华铁路岳吉段团结特大桥岩溶区桩基工程施工为依托,通过研究和掌握重载铁路特大桥在高风险覆盖型岩溶发育等复杂地质条件下的桩基施工关键技术,积累该条件下的桩基施工经验。从团结特大桥岩溶桩基施工工艺及步骤、桩基质量检验及评价等方面,阐述了片石粘土筑壁法、钢护筒跟进法与注浆法等的综合处治实践,现场应用效果良好,保障了施工进度与综合经济效益。研究成果可为类似区段重载铁路特大桥岩溶桩基工程建设提供一定参考。
Based on the pile foundation construction in the karst area of Tuanjie grand bridge in Yue-Ji section of Menghua railway,this paper studies the key technology of pile foundation construction in the complex geological conditions such as high-risk covered karst development,and accumulates the pile foundation construction experience under this condition. From the aspects of construction technology and pile foundation quality evaluation,the comprehensive treatment practices of rubble clay wall building method,steel casing follow-up method and grouting method are elaborated. The field application is good,and the construction progress and comprehensive economic benefits are guaranteed. The research results can provide some reference for the construction of karst pile foundation project of similar heavy haul railway super bridge.
