摘要
随着互联网信息科技的不断发展,“互联网+教育”也逐渐兴起,并在教育领域中得到了广泛的应用。以“互联网+教育”为基础和前提,对民族地区卓越小学全科教师实践能力培养的策略与方法进行研究,通过对“互联网+教育”概念、特征以及类型的探析,对卓越小学全科教师概念及教学实践能力结构特征进行分析,从而不断探究更加切实可行的培养策略与方法,提升民族地区卓越小学全科教师实践能力与综合素养。
In recent years,with the continuous development of Internet information technology,the form of"Internet+education"has gradually emerged,and has been widely used in the field of education.In this paper,based on the"Internet+education",this paper studies the strategies and methods of cultivating the practical ability of the excellent primary school teachers in ethnic areas.Through the analysis of the concept,characteristics and types of"Internet education",this paper analyzes the structural characteristics of the concept and teaching practical ability of the excellent primary school teachers,so as to continuously explore more practical training strategies and methods to improve the practical ability and comprehensive accomplishment of the outstanding primary school teachers in ethnic areas.
