基于校企合作的跨境电商人才培养

Cross-border E-commerce Talent Training Based on School-enterprise Cooperation

随着“一带一路”倡议实施,跨境电商如火如荼发展起来,但跨境电商人才却严重不足,成为制约跨境电子商务快速发展的桎梏,高校跨境电商人才的培养成为亟待解决的问题。校企合作培养跨境电商人才主要依托培养基地,政府、企业与学校共同培养跨境电子商务人才,建立一支跨境电商师资队伍,培养实用型跨境电商人才,助力跨境电商生态圈健康发展。

With the implementation of the Belt and Road Initiative,cross-border e-commerce has developed in full swing,but cross-border e-commerce talents are seriously inadequate,which has become a constraint on the rapid development of cross-border e-commerce.The cooperation between school and enterprise mainly relies on the training base,the government,enterprises and schools to jointly train cross-border e-commerce talents,to establish a team of cross-border e-commerce teachers,and to help the healthy development of cross-border e-commerce ecosystem.
