辅导员作为高校思想政治工作队伍的组成部分,是思政理论课改革创新的重要力量。新形势下加强辅导员与思政课教师的有效融合,提高二者协同育人效力迫在眉睫。文章从辅导员的工作现状及思政课存在的问题、辅导员与思政教师协同育人的重要意义和优势等方面探索有效的协同工作方法,增强思政课的亲和力、针对性,从而与思政课教师形成教育合力,持续、长久地提升思政课的实效性,共同致力于培养新时代下德智体美劳全方面发展的人才,为实现中华民族伟大复兴使命提供人才保证。

As an integral part of ideological and political work in colleges and universities,counselors are an important force in the reform and innovation of ideological and political theory courses.In the new situation,in order to meet the needs of education and student's growth,it is urgent to strengthen the effective integration of counselors and ideological and political teachers and to improve the effectiveness of the two in collaborative education.The article studies the current situation of the counselors,the problems,the significance and the advantages of the ideological and political courses,explores effective methods of collaborative work,and enhances the affinity and pertinence of the ideological and political courses,so as to form an educational synergy with teachers of ideological and political courses,and to continuously improve the effectiveness of ideological and political courses.Counselors and ideological and political teachers should work together to train talents in the development of moral,intellectual,physical,and labor in the new era,and provide talent guarantee for realizing the great rejuvenation mission of the Chinese nation.
