生态位视域下信管专业大数据人才培养体系研究

Research on Big Data Talent Training System of Information Management Specialty from the Perspective of Ecology Niche

大数据时代助推信管专业人才培养体系的改革。为适应社会需求,基于生态位视域,构建理论教学培养体系、实践教学培养体系和基于产教融合的创新能力培养模式的大数据人才培养体系框架,探索"社会需求为导向,人才培养为根本,创新能力为目标"的教学思路,为信管专业人才培养提供借鉴。

The big data era promotes the reform of the training system of information management professionals.In order to meet the needs of society,and based on ecology niche perspective,this paper puts forward a framework of big data talent training system based on theoretical teaching training system,practice teaching training system and innovative ability training model based on the integration of industry and education,in order to explore the teaching idea of"social demand-oriented,talent training as the fundamental,innovation ability as the goal",and to provide reference for the research on the cultivation of information management professionals.
