With the rapid development of science and technology,the communication and cultural exchange between countries is becoming more and more frequent.The development of new media,to some extent,affects the national identity of college students.The new media is freer and more open than the traditional media,and it has reshaped the way of information dissemination and the way of thinking.These characteristics and changes are a double-edged sword,which not only brings information convenience,but also weakens the concepts of national identity and cultural identity of college students.There are also other problems such as the disorder of practical behavior etc,so it is necessary to analyze the causes of the problems of college students'national identity in the new media environment and explore the solution path.
