Subject competition is an important indicator to measure the quality of personnel training of colleges and universities.It has become a new trend of teaching reform in colleges and universities.As a practical course,the goal of Sampling Survey is to cultivate students'practical ability to obtain high quality data efficiently.This paper analyzes the significance of the subject competition orientation,and expounds the implementation strategy of the teaching reform based on subject competition for Sampling Survey course.
