高校党建贯穿于业务工作全过程,为其指明方向,引领高校凝心聚力促发展;业务工作为党建提供着力点,同时又检验和促进党建工作。高校要推动党建工作与业务工作深度融合,就要立足"三个着力点",明确在思想上、组织上和制度上实现"三个融合",以转变工作机制、维护师生利益和打造特色品牌为落脚点,实现二者深度融合,同频共振,互相双赢。
