高职院校“分散型”工学交替教学模式研究

Research on the"Decentralized"Teaching Model of Work-study Alternation in Higher Vocational Colleges

在工学交替实施过程中,以工程、营销类为代表的企业无法集中性安排学生岗位实习,只能把学生分散至不同企业或区域,给工学交替的组织和管理带来极大的困难。针对"分散型"工学交替教学模式的典型问题进行分析,并提出了解决问题的思路和对策。

During the implementation of work-study alternation,engineering and marketing enterprises are unable to arrange students'internships in a centralized manner,but can only disperse students to different enterprises or regions,which causes great difficulties to the organization and management of work-study alternation.This paper analyzes the typical problems of the"decentralized"teaching model of the work-study alternation,and puts forward some ideas and countermeasures.
