在文旅融合的背景下,旅游企业对高素质专业人才需求日益迫切。为适应这一需求,旅游类高职院校应加强通识教育,在遵循职业教育规律的基础上,抓住通识教育的内涵,紧扣旅游职业特色,强调文旅融合,注重通识教育与专业教育的联系,围绕学生所需的能力和素养建设通识教育课程体系,为实现培养高素质旅游类应用型人才的目标打好基础。

Under the background of the integration of culture and tourism,tourism enterprises are increasingly demanding high-quality professionals.In order to meet this demand,tourism higher vocational colleges should strengthen general education,grasp the connotation of general education on the basis of following the law of vocational education,closely adhere to the characteristics of tourism occupation,and emphasize the integration of culture and tourism.Tourism higher vocational colleges also need to pay attention to the connection between general education and professional education,build the curriculum system of general education around the students'ability and accomplishment,and lay a good foundation for realizing the goal of cultivating high-quality tourism applied talents.
