摘要
随着我国教育的快速发展,许多学校都在进行改革创新。五年制高职教育是大学生队伍重要的组成部分,但五年制高职学生的整体心理素质和知识结构,与传统的四年制本科生相比存在着明显的差距。对高职五年制人才培养存在的问题进行分析,提出高职五年制人才培养创新培养模式。
With the rapid development of education in our country,many schools are in constant reform and innovation,and the five-year higher vocational education is one of the most important part higher education.However,the overall psychological quality and knowledge structure of five-year higher vocational students have a clear gap compared with four-year undergraduate students.This paper analyzes the problems existing in the five-year talent training in higher vocational colleges,and puts forward the innovative training model of the five-year talent training in higher vocational colleges.
