小剂量布地奈德联合茶碱治疗老年哮喘患者的效果

Effects of low-dose Budesonide combined with Theophylline in treatment of senile patients with asthma

目的:观察小剂量布地奈德联合茶碱治疗老年哮喘患者的效果。方法:选取84例老年哮喘患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各42例。对照组采用小剂量布地奈德治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上联合茶碱治疗,比较两组临床疗效、治疗前后肺功能指标水平、不良反应发生率及生命质量。结果:观察组治疗总有效率为92.86%(39/42),明显高于对照组的73.81%(31/42),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组第1秒用力呼气容积(FEV1)、用力肺活量(FVC)和FEV1/FVC均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组圣乔治呼吸问卷评分明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:小剂量布地奈德联合茶碱治疗老年哮喘患者,可有效改善患者肺功能,提高生命质量,且不会增加不良反应。

Objective:To investigate effects of low-dose Budesonide combined with Theophylline in treatment of senile patients with asthma.Methods:84 senile patients with asthma were selected as the research objects,and were divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table,42 cases in each group.The control group was treated with low-dose Budesonide,while the observation group was treated with Theophylline on the basis of that of the control group.The clinical efficacy,lung function index levels before and after the treatment,incidence of adverse reactions and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 92.86%(39/42),which was significantly higher than 73.81%(31/42)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,the forced expiratory volume in the first second(FEV1),forced vital capacity(FVC)and FEV1/FVC of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Further,after the treatment,the score of St.George’s respiratory questionnaire in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:Low-dose Budesonide combined with Theophylline in the treatment of the senile patients with asthma can effectively improve the patients’lung function and the quality of life without increasing the adverse reactions.
