腹腔镜术后联合促性腺激素释放激素激动剂治疗子宫内膜异位症患者的效果

Effects of laparoscopic surgery combined with gonadotropin releasing hormone agonist on patients with endometriosis

目的:观察腹腔镜术后联合促性腺激素释放激素激动剂(GnRHa)治疗子宫内膜异位症患者的效果。方法:选取60例子宫内膜异位症患者作为研究对象,以随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组各30例。对照组接受腹腔镜手术联合孕三烯酮治疗,观察组接受腹腔镜手术联合GnRHa治疗,比较两组复发率和自然受孕率、用药期间不良反应发生率和性激素水平。结果:观察组复发率低于对照组,自然受孕率高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组黄体生成素、孕酮及雌二醇水平低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:腹腔镜术后联合GnRHa治疗子宫内膜异位症患者临床疗效显著,可有效预防复发,提升自然受孕率。

Objective:To study effects of laparoscopic surgery combined with gonadotropin releasing hormone agonist(GnRHa)on patients with endometriosis.Methods:60 patients with endometriosis were selected as the research objects,and were divided into control group and observation group by using the random number table method,each with 30 cases.The control group received laparoscopic surgery combined with Gestrinone,while the observation group received laparoscopic surgery combined with GnRHa.The recurrence rate and natural conception rate,the incidence of adverse reactions during medication and the level of sex hormones were compared between the two groups.Results:The recurrence rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group;the natural conception rate was higher than that of the control group;and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).After the treatment,the levels of luteinizing hormone,progesterone and estradiol in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:Laparoscopic surgery combined with GnRHa is effective in the treatment of endometriosis,which can prevent the recurrence and increase the natural conception rate.
