平衡针灸联合中药热敷治疗颈肩腰腿痛患者的效果

Effects of balanced acupuncture and hot compress of traditional Chinese medicine on patients with neck,shoulder,waist and leg pains

目的:观察平衡针灸联合中药热敷治疗颈肩腰腿痛患者的效果。方法:按入院时间顺序将82例颈肩腰腿痛患者分为对照组和观察组各41例。两组均给予牵引、理疗、按摩等常规治疗。在此基础上,对照组采用中药热敷治疗,观察组在对照组基础上予以平衡针灸治疗。比较两组疗效,日常生活活动能力评分、颈肩腰腿痛评分和疼痛消失时间。结果:观察组治疗总有效率为90.24%,明显高于对照组的73.17%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组视觉模拟评分法评分均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,两组Barthel评分均高于治疗前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组疼痛消失时间明显短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:平衡针灸联合中药热敷治疗颈肩腰腿痛患者可提高治疗总有效率和日常生活活动能力评分,降低颈肩腰腿痛评分,以及缩短疼痛消失时间,其效果优于单纯中药热敷效果。

Objective:To observe effects of balanced acupuncture and hot compress of traditional Chinese medicine on patients with neck,shoulder,waist and leg pains.Methods:According to the time sequence of admission,82 patients with neck,shoulder,waist and leg pains were divided into control group and observation group,41 cases in each group.Both groups were given conventional treatments such as traction,physical therapy and massage.On this basis,the control group was treated with hot compress of traditional Chinese medicine,while the observation group was treated with balanced acupuncture on the basis of that of the control group.The efficacy,quality of life score,and neck,shoulder,waist and leg pain disappearance time were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 90.24%,which was significantly higher than 73.17%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,the visual analogue scale scores of the two groups were lower than those before the treatment,and that of the observation group was lower than that of the control group;the Barthel scores of the two groups were higher than those before the treatment;that of the observation group was higher than that of the control group;and the differences were statistically significant.The pain disappearance time of the observation group was significantly shorter than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:Balanced acupuncture combined with hot compress of traditional Chinese medicine for the treatment of the patients with neck,shoulder,waist and leg pains can improve the total effective rate of treatment and the quality of life score,reduce the score of neck,shoulder,waist and leg pain,and shorten the pain disappearance time.Moreover,it is superior to single hot compress of traditional Chinese medicine.
