摘要
目的:观察肾脏CT增强扫描中碘海醇浓度及注射速度对图像质量的影响。方法:选取90例于本院行肾脏增强CT检查的患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为A组、B组、C组各30例。以腹主动脉、左/右肾脏动脉、左/右肾脏静脉、左/右肾实质及左/右肾皮质为感兴趣区,比较不同浓度及注射速度碘海醇下的肾脏增强扫描CT值与不良反应发生率。结果:B组左/右肾实质与左/右肾皮质CT值高于A组,C组腹主动脉、左/右肾脏动脉、左/右肾脏静脉、左/右肾实质及左/右肾皮质CT值高于B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);三组均未发生明显不良反应。结论:适当采用高浓度和高注射速度碘海醇可提高肾脏增强CT扫描图像质量。
Objective:To investigate Effects of Iohexol concentration and injection speed on image quality in renal contrast-enhanced CT scan.Methods:90 patients who underwent renal contrast-enhanced CT scan in our hospital were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into group A,group B,and group C according to the random number table method,30 cases in each group.The abdominal aorta,left/right renal artery,left/right renal vein,left/right renal parenchyma,and left/right renal cortex were the regions of interest.The CT values of kidney enhancement scan and the incidence of adverse reactions under different Iohexol concentrations and injection speed were compared.Results:The CT values of left/right renal parenchyma and left/right renal cortex of group B were higher than those of group A;the CT values of abdominal aorta,left/right renal artery,left/right renal vein,left/right renal parenchyma and left/right renal cortex of group C were higher than those of group B;and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).No obvious adverse reactions occurred in the three groups.Conclusions:Appropriate use of high concentration and high injection speed of Iohexol can improve the image quality of renal contrast-enhanced CT scan.
