冬虫夏草制剂联合血液净化治疗急性肾损伤的临床研究 被引量:4

Clinical study of cordyceps sinensis preparation combined with blood purification in the treat-ment of acute kidney injury

摘要 目的观察冬虫夏草制剂联合血液净化对各种原因所致急性肾损伤(AKI)的疗效并探讨其作用机制。方法观察2016年1月至2019年1月南华大学附属长沙市中心医院收治的80例AKI患者,均为本院住院病例。将其随机分为单纯血液净化组(对照组,40例)及血液净化联合冬虫夏草制剂(百令片2.25 g/次,每日3次)治疗组(观察组,40例),在给予常规治疗的基础上分别给予血液净化、血液净化+冬虫夏草制剂联合治疗,对比观察两组治疗前及治疗8周后的血肌酐、血尿素氮、血尿酸、尿微量白蛋白及血胱抑素水平。结果治疗8周后,两组患者的血肌酐、血尿素氮、血尿酸、尿微量白蛋白及血胱抑素水平均较治疗前下降(P<0.05),且治疗8周后观察组的血肌酐、尿微量白蛋白较对照组更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),但两组的血尿素氮、血尿酸和血胱抑素水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论血液净化联合冬虫夏草制剂治疗AKI的效果肯定,且较单纯血液净化治疗具有更强的肾脏保护作用。 Objective To observe the curative effect of Cordyceps sinensis preparation com-bined with blood purification on acute renal injury caused by various reasons and explore its mecha-nism.Methods From January 2016 to January 2019,80 cases of acute renal injury were observed in our hospital,all of them are inpatients in our hospital.Eighty cases of acute kidney injury were ran-domly divided into two groups:blood purifcation group and blood purification combined with Cordyceps sinensis preparation(2.25 g/time,Tid)group,blood purification and blood purification combined with Cordyceps sinensis preparation were given respectively on the basis of routine treatment.The course of treatment was 8 weeks.Urinary microalbumin,serum creatinine,blood urea and cystatin C were measured before and after treatment.Results After 8 weeks of blood purification combined with Cordyceps sinensis preparation treatment,urinary microalbumin,serum creatinine,blood urea and serum cystatin C were further decreased in acute renal injury caused by various reasons(P<0.05).The cura-tive effect of blood purification combined with Cordyceps sinensis preparation treatment group was more significant than that of simple Cordyceps sinensis preparation treatment group,and which could reduce serum creatinine and urinary microalbumin more siginificantly(P<0.05).Conclusions The curative effect of blood purification combined with Cordyceps sinensis preparation on acute renal injury is relia-ble and has stronger protective effect on kidney than that of blood purification alone.
