摘要
采用安诺素L型活性染料对不同交织比例的细旦黏胶/竹炭黏胶针织物进行染色,以上染率和K/S值作为评价织物染色性能的指标。通过单因素试验和正交试验对染色工艺进行优化,得到最佳染色工艺条件为:染色时间50 min,固色时间40 min,NaCl质量浓度40 g/L,Na2CO3质量浓度15 g/L。细旦黏胶/竹炭黏胶交织针织物具有较好的耐磨擦色牢度、耐皂洗色牢度和耐汗渍色牢度,染色效果显著。
The general-secretary L reactive dyes are applied in dyeing of fine denier viscose/bamboo charcoal viscose interweave fabric with different mixed proportion,taking the dyeing rate and K/S value as a basis for the evaluation of fabric dyeing properties.By single factor tests and orthogonal tests,the dyeing process is optimized,and the optimum dyeing process conditions are obtained as:dyeing for 50 min,fixation for 40 min,sodium chloride 40 g/L,and sodium carbonate15 g/L.Fine viscose/bamboo charcoal viscose interwoven knitted fabric has remarkable dyeing effect with good color fastness to abrasion,soaping and perspiration.
