南方沿海地区进口大豆安全储存工艺研究

STUDY ON SAFE STORAGE TECHNOLOGY OF IMPORTED SOYBEAN IN SOUTHERN COASTAL AREA OF CHINA

以严控入库关,实抓粮情预警、处理两个关键点,巧用氮气气调、空调控温、机械通风三项储粮技术为进口大豆安全储存工艺,通过分析试验仓大豆储藏过程粮温、水分、品质的变化、粮堆氧气浓度、保管能耗费用等情况,研究南方沿海地区进口大豆安全储存工艺的有效性和实用性。结果表明,此储存工艺可以实现粮情稳定,延缓品质劣变速度,水分损耗少,能耗费用低的目标,安全储存效果显著,绿色环保,经济效益良好,为南方沿海地区储备进口大豆提供重要的参考。

The imported soybean safe storage technology of this article mentioned is that strict controls of warehousing process, real grasp of the grain situation early warning and dealing with two key points, coincidence with three storage grain technologies that contains nitrogen gas controlled atmosphere, temperature control with air conditioner, mechanical ventilation for cooling.By analyzing the situations in storage process of testing warehouse including the changes of grain temperature, moisture content, quality, oxygen concentration in grain heap, energy costs, etc., the effectiveness and practicability of the imported soybean safe storage technology in southern coastal area had been studied.The results show that the storage technology can realize the goals of stabilizing of grain situation, deteriorating slowly of quality, less of moisture loss, low energy costs,the effectiveness of safe storage is remarkable and green environmental protection, the economic benefit is good.It provides an important reference direction for the storage of imported soybean in southern coastal area of China.
