摘要
通过对当地和我国一些地区粮食镉污染现状调查研究,分析粮食中镉污染的来源和途径,探讨有效治理粮食镉污染,保障粮食安全的措施和方法。
Investigations and research on the status of cadmium pollution in local and some areas of China were made to analyze the sources and ways of cadmium pollution in food as well as explore measures and methods to effectively control food cadmium pollution to ensure food security.
