脑梗死早期应用依达拉奉治疗的临床疗效观察

Observation of the clinical efficacy of edaravone in the early treatment of cerebral infarction

目的探讨依达拉奉对脑梗死早期的应用效果。方法 34例早期急性脑梗死患者,以抽签法随机分为对照组(16例)和观察组(18例)。对照组给予丹参注射液治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予依达拉奉治疗。对比两组治疗前后美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)评分和日常生活活动能力量表(ADL)评分、临床治疗效果。结果治疗后,观察组的NIHSS评分(7.62±3.28)分低于对照组的(14.32±4.11)分, ADL评分(90.31±2.34)分高于对照组的(70.16±3.64)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组临床治疗总有效率88.89%高于对照组的56.25%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对早期急性脑梗死患者应用依达拉奉治疗可改善其神经功能缺损症状,提高其日常生活活动能力,值得大力推广。

Objective To discuss the practical effect of edaravone in the early treatment of cerebral infarction. Methods A total of 34 patients with early acute cerebral infarction were divided into control group(16 cases) and observation group(18 cases) according to lottery method. The control group was treated with Danshen injection, and the observation group was treated with edaravone on the basis of the control group. The National Institutes of Health stroke scale(NIHSS) score and activities of daily living(ADL) score before and after treatment, and clinical effect were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, NIHSS score(7.62±3.28) points of the observation group was lower than(14.32±4.11) points of the control group, and ADL score(90.31±2.34) points was higher than(70.16±3.64) points of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The total effective rate of clinical treatment 88.89% of the observation group was higher than 56.25% of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Edaravone to patients with early acute cerebral infarction can improve their neurological deficit symptoms and improve their activities of daily living, which is worthy of vigorous promotion.
