吹氧联合干扰素治疗口腔溃疡的效果研究

Effect of oxygen blowing combined with interferon in the treatment of oral ulcer

目的探析吹氧联合干扰素治疗口腔溃疡的临床价值。方法 82例口腔溃疡患者为研究对象,按照入院顺序先后分为对照组和观察组,各41例。对照组患者给予干扰素进行治疗,观察组患者给予干扰素联合吹氧治疗。对比两组患者治疗前后口腔溃疡≥Ⅲ级情况,临床疗效。结果治疗前,两组患者口腔溃疡≥Ⅲ级比例对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组患者口腔溃疡≥Ⅲ级比例7.32%低于对照组的26.83%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者的总有效率为97.56%,高于对照组的78.05%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论吹氧联合干扰素治疗口腔溃疡的临床效果显著,可有效改善溃疡、红斑、肿痛等相关症状,值得临床推广。

Objective To discuss the clinical value of oxygen blowing combined with interferon in the treatment of oral ulcer. Methods A total of 82 patients with oral ulcer as study subjects were divided into control group and observation group according to admission order, with 41 cases in each group. The control group was treated with interferon, and the observation group was treated with oxygen blowing combined with interferon. The oral ulcers≥grade Ⅲ before and after treatment, clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups. Results Before treatment, there was no statistically significant difference in proportion of oral ulcers≥grade Ⅲ between the two groups(P>0.05). After treatment, the proportion of oral ulcers≥grade Ⅲ 7.32% of the observation group was lower than 26.83% of t he control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The total effective rate of the observation group was 97.56%, which was higher than 78.05% of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Oxygen blowing combined with interferon shows remarkable clinical effect in the treatment of oral ulcer, which can effectively improve related symptoms such as ulcers, erythema, swelling and pain, and is worthy of clinical promotion.
