分析壮骨汤治疗老年性骨质疏松性脊柱压缩性骨折的临床效果

Analysis of the clinical effect of Zhuanggu Decoction in the treatment of senile osteoporotic vertebral compression fracture

目的探讨对老年性骨质疏松性脊柱压缩性骨折患者采用壮骨汤进行治疗的临床效果。方法 84例老年性骨质疏松性脊柱压缩性骨折患者,采用数字奇偶法分为治疗组及常规组,各42例。治疗组采用壮骨汤中药汤剂进行治疗,常规组采用鲑降钙素针剂进行治疗。对比两组患者的疗效,治疗前后的骨形成指标(血清骨碱性磷酸酶、骨钙素)以及骨密度T值变化情况。结果治疗组患者的总有效率为92.86%,高于常规组的66.67%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患者的血清骨碱性磷酸酶、骨钙素对比,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,治疗组患者的血清骨碱性磷酸酶(16.55±0.75)ng/ml、骨钙素(11.51±3.13)μg/L均高于常规组的(14.32±0.59)ng/ml、(7.90±3.69)μg/L,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患者的骨密度T值对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,治疗组患者的骨密度T值(0.93±0.39)高于常规组的(-0.92±0.23),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论壮骨汤的有效应用,可使老年性骨质疏松性脊柱压缩性骨折患者的治疗效果明显增强,骨形成获得有效促进,骨密度获得有效提升,最终实现老年性骨质疏松性脊柱压缩性骨折患者的有效预后。

Objective To discuss the clinical effect of Zhuanggu Decoction in the treatment of senile osteoporotic vertebral compression fracture.Methods A total of 84 senile patients osteoporotic vertebral compression fracture were divided into treatment group and conventional group according to digital parity method,with 42 cases in each group.The treatment group was treated with Zhuanggu Decoction,and the conventional group was treated with salmon calcitonin injection.The efficacy,changes of bone formation indexes(serum bone alkaline phosphatase,osteocalcin)and bone mineral density T value before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 92.86%,which was higher than 66.67% of the conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in serum bone alkaline phosphatase and osteocalcin between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,serum bone alkaline phosphatase(16.55±0.75)ng/ml and osteocalcin(11.51±3.13)μg/L of the treatment group were higher than(14.32±0.59)ng/ml and(7.90±3.69)μg/L of the conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in bone mineral density T value between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,bone mineral density T value(0.93±0.39)of the treatment group was higher than(-0.92±0.23)of the conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The effective application of Zhuanggu Decoction can significantly enhance the treatment effect of patients with senile osteoporotic spinal compression fractures,effectively promote bone formation,increase bone density,and ultimately achieve an effective prognosis for patients with senile osteoporotic spinal compression fractures.
