肾气丸合真武汤对脾肾阳虚型慢性肾衰竭患者SCr、BUN、Ccr的影响

Effect of Shenqi pill combined with Zhenwu decoction on SCR,bun and CCR in patients with chronic renal failure of spleen-kidney yang deficiency type

目的探究肾气丸合真武汤对脾肾阳虚型慢性肾衰竭患者血清肌酐(SCr)及血尿素氮(BUN)、肌酐清除率(Ccr)的影响。方法 80例脾肾阳虚型慢性肾衰竭患者,随机分为对照组和观察组,各40例。对照组给予常规治疗,观察组在对照组基础上应用肾气丸合真武汤加减治疗。观察比较两组的临床效果及治疗前后肾功能相关指标变化。结果观察组总有效率为90.0%,高于对照组的72.5%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后对照组与观察组的SCr分别为(476.6787.15)、(407.3488.23)μmol/L, Ccr分别为(49.769.87)、(61.239.34)ml/min, BUN分别为(24.339.35)、(17.539.04)mmol/L。治疗后,两组SCr、BUN水平低于治疗前, Ccr水平高于治疗前,且观察组SCr、BUN水平低于对照组, Ccr水平高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗期间,两组均出现不同程度的不良反应。观察组不良反应发生率2.5%(1/40)低于对照组的27.5%(11/40),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组未予特殊处理,继续服药后症状消失,对照组给予对症处理后症状减轻。结论肾气丸合真武汤治疗脾肾阳虚型慢性肾衰竭可改善患者的肾功能,且安全性较高,值得临床推广。

Objective To investigate the effect of Shenqi pill combined with Zhenwu decoction on serum creatinine(SCr),blood urea nitrogen(BUN),creatinine clearance(Ccr)in patients with chronic renal failure of spleen-kidney yang deficiency type.Methods A total of 80 patients with chronic renal failure of spleen-kidney yang deficiency type were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional therapy,and the observation group was treated with Shenqi pill combined with Zhenwu decoction.The clinical effect and renal function indicators before and after treatment were observed and compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 90.0%,which was higher than that of the control group 72.5%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,SCr of the control group and observation group were(476.67±87.15)and(407.34±88.23)μmol/L,Ccr were(49.76±9.87)and(61.23±9.34)ml/min and BUN were(24.33±9.35)and(17.53±9.04)mmol/L respectively.After treatment,SCr and BUN of the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and Ccr was higher than that before treatment.SCr and BUN of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and Ccr was higher than that of the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).During treatment,both groups had different degrees of adverse reactions.The incidence of adverse reactions 2.5%(1/40)of the observation group was lower than that of the control group 27.5%(11/40),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).No special treatment was given to the'observation group,and the symptoms disappeared after continuing to take medicine,while the symptoms in the control group were relieved after symptomatic treatment.Conclusion Shenqi pill combined with Zhenwu decoction in the treatment of chronic renal failure of spleen-kidney yang deficiency type can improve the renal function of patients with high safety,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
