康复护理干预对精神分裂症患者服药依从性与生活质量的影响

The effect of rehabilitation nursing intervention on medication compliance and quality of life of patients with schizophrenia

目的探究康复护理干预对精神分裂症患者服药依从性与生活质量的影响。方法选择30例精神分裂症患者作为研究对象,采用随机分配的方法分为对照组和观察组,每组15例。两组患者均给予常规抗精神药物治疗,对照组采用常规护理方法,观察组在对照组基础.上实施为期12周的康复护理干预。比较两组患者干预前后生活质量评分及服药依从性。结果干预前,两组患者的信仰、环境、生理、心理、独立性、社会关系评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。干预后,观察组患者的生理、心理、独立性、社会关系评分均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组组患者的信仰、环境评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。干预后,观察组患者的服药总依从率93.33%高于对照组的60.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论康复护理干预可有效的改善精神分裂症患者的服药依从性和生活质量,值得临床推广。

Objective To investigate the effect of rehabilitation nursing intervention on medication compliance and quality of life of patients with schizophrenia.Methods A total of 30 patients with schizophrenia as study subjects were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 15 cases in each group.Both groups were given conventional antipsychotics treatment,the control group received conventional nursing methods,and the observation group received rehabilitation nursing intervention for 12 weeks on the basis of the control group.The quality of life score before and after intervention and medication compliance were compared between the two groups.Results Before intervention,there was no statistically significant difference in belief,environment,physiology,psychology,independence,social relationship score between the two groups(P>0.05).After intervention,the physiology,psychology,independence,social relationship score of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<O.05).There was no statistically significant difference in belief,environment score between the two groups(P>0.05).After intervention,the total compliance of medication 93.33% of the observation group was higher than 60.00% of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Rehabilitation nursing intervention can effectively improve the medication compliance and quality of life of schizophrenia patients,and it is worthy of clinical promotion.
