摘要
平菇是一种常见的侧耳属食用菌,其营养价值丰富,多糖具有抗肿瘤等药用效果,产量高,管理简单,具有很高的经济价值。目前,由于油性木材废料利用率低,已经逐渐成为食用菌培养上研究运用的重点。本研究以野生平菇为菇种材料,以发酵油性木屑作为创新添加剂建立模型,测定多种单因素对菌种生长速率的影响,通过计算机对配方进行优化,确定最佳比例,通过市场统计,分析得到两种培养基在菌种生产上的经济性对比。实验表明后发酵更适宜油性木屑的发酵处理,获得最优二级培养基配方:发酵油性木屑20%、棉籽壳76%、蔗糖1.5%、硫酸钙1.5%~2.0%、磷酸二氢钾0.2%~0.3%、硫酸镁0.2%。该研究结果能为柳杉等油性木材产区的废料处理提供良好的方案,促进农业经济可持续发展,为平菇高性能培养基的开发创新提供研究基础。
Pleurotus ostre atus is a common edible fungus of the Agaricochaete,it’s nutritional value is rich,polysaccharides have anti-tumor and other medicinal effects,it’s high yield and simple management,with high economic value.At present,because of the low utilization rate of Oily Swadust,it has gradually become the focus of the research and application of edible fungus culture.In this study,wild Pleurotus ostreatus were used as mushroom materials,and fermented oily sawdust was established as an innovative additive to determine the effect of various single factors on the growth rate of strains,the formula was optimized by computer,the optimum proportion was determined,and the economic comparison between the secondary medium in the production of strains was obtained through market statistics.The experiment shows that the post-fermentation is more suitable for the fermentation of oily sawdust and the optimum secondary medium formula:Fermented oily sawdust 20%,cottonseed shell 76%,sucrose 1.5%,Calcium Sulfate 1.5%~2.0%,Potassium Phosphate Monobasic 0.2%~0.3%,Magnesium Sulfate 0.2%.The results of this study can provide a good solution for waste treatment in oily timber producing areas such as Cryptomeria fortunei,promote the sustainable development of agricultural economy,and provide research basis for the development and innovation of high performance medium of Pleurotus ostreatus.
