摘要
为了研究再生保温混凝土的尺寸效应,对普通混凝土、保温混凝土、再生混凝土和再生保温混凝土进行了力学性能试验,并对4种混凝土的尺寸效应进行了对比分析。以强度等级为变量,研究了3种不同强度等级再生保温混凝土基本力学性能尺寸效应的变化规律。试验结果表明:4种混凝土的抗压、劈裂抗拉和轴心抗压强度均出现随尺寸增大而减小的趋势,但弹性模量受尺寸影响较小;4种混凝土尺寸效应存在较大差异;随着强度等级不断提高,再生保温混凝土抗压、劈裂抗拉和轴心抗压强度随尺寸增大逐渐减小。
In order to study the size effect of recycled aggregate thermal insulation concrete,the mechanical properties of normal concrete,thermal insulation concrete,recycled aggregate concrete and recycled aggregate thermal insulation concrete were tested.The size effects of four kinds of concrete were compared and analyzed,and the size effect of basic mechanical properties of recycled aggregate thermal insulation concrete with three kinds strength grade was studied.The experimental results show that the compressive strength,splitting tensile strength and axial compressive strength of the four kinds of concrete all show a decreasing trend with the increase of the size,but the elastic modulus is less affected by the size.In addition,there is a great difference in the strength of the four kinds of concrete affected by the size.With the increasing of strength grade,the compressive strength,splitting tensile strength and axial compressive strength of recycled aggregate thermal insulation concrete gradually decrease with the increase of size.
