再生粗骨料不同取代率对混凝土工作性能及物理性能的影响 被引量:7

摘要 废弃的混凝土是建筑行业最大的固体废弃物之一,为研究和再生利用废弃混凝土,对再生粗骨料混凝土的性能进行了较为系统的研究。通过测试再生骨料混凝土的特征性能,分析影响再生骨料混凝土特征的因素,系统研究抗压强度、弹性模量、干缩变形以及工作性等指标。同时测试了再生粗骨料混凝土的抗冻性及抗渗透性。最后,对再生骨料混凝土的特征、变形性能、耐久性等特征进行了归纳总结。研究结果表明:(1)使用再生骨料的混凝土不一定强度会降低;(2)当再生粗骨料中废旧砂浆的颗粒含量超过65%时,此时的再生混凝土工作性能最佳;(3)再生粗骨料混凝土梁的受压应变将随着荷载的增加不断增加;(4)在普通混凝土中添加再生粗骨料,其力学性能将显著提升。 Waste concrete is one of the largest solid wastes in the construction industry.In order to study and recycle the waste concrete,the performance of recycled coarse aggregate concrete is studied systematically.By testing the characteristic properties of recycled aggregate concrete,analyzing the factors affecting the characteristics of recycled aggregate concrete,and systematically studying the compressive strength,elastic modulus,dry shrinkage deformation and workability.At the same time,the frost resistance and permeability resistance of recycled coarse aggregate concrete are tested.Finally,the characteristics of recycled aggregate concrete,deformation performance,durability and other characteristics are summarized.The results show that(1)The strength of recycled aggregate concrete will not decrease.(2)When the content of recycled mortar in recycled coarse aggregate exceeds 65%,the recycled concrete has the best performance.(3)The compressive strain of recycled coarse aggregate concrete beam will increase with the increase of load.(4)Adding recycled coarse aggregate to ordinary concrete,its mechanics will increase performance will be significantly improved.
