大学生创业培训有效开展路径浅谈

A Brief Approach to Effective Entrepreneurship Training for College Students

我国大学生创业训练计划项目是为推进高等学校创新创业教育,提升大学生自主创业的意识,促进就业,并有助于高等学校转变教育思想观念,改革人才培养模式而开设。在大众创业,万众创新的新形势背景下,为寻求创业项目有效开展的路径,提高大学生创业成功率、稳定率,笔者作为我校学生《喵小乐手工作坊》创业训练项目的指导教师,在实际工作研究基础上,根据目前大学生创业面临的创业瓶颈,提出关于大学生创业培训有效开展路径的几点浅见。

China's university students entrepreneurship training program is to promote innovative entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities,enhance the awareness of self-employment of college students,promote employment,and help colleges and universities to change educational ideas and reform the mode of talent training.Under the new situation of mass entrepreneurship and innovation,in order to find the way to carry out the entrepreneurial project effectively and improve the success rate and stability rate of college students'entrepreneurship,the author,as the guidance teacher of the entrepreneurship training project of"Meow Xiao Le hands Workshop"of our university students,puts forward some suggestions on the effective opening of entrepreneurship training for college students according to the bottleneck of entrepreneurship faced by college students at present on the basis of practical work research Some shallow views of the development path.
