摘要
针对浦东机场卫星厅中指廊A12区跨越现有市政S32高速地下通道敞开段上方的大跨度桁架层,在确保既有高速地道侧墙结构安全、正常运行不受施工影响的前提下,在施工策划阶段采用数字化模拟工况分析技术,分析桁架吊装全过程中既有结构的安全性,同时确保桁架层的安装精度;利用有限元分析软件对既有地道侧墙的稳定性进行了理论计算研究。确保整个桁架层的施工进度、质量、安全,为今后类似工程提供借鉴价值。
In view of the large-span truss layer above the open section of the existing municipal S3 2 high-speed underpass crossing the A12 area of the satellite Hall of Pudong Airport,on the premise of ensuring the safety and normal operation of the side wall structure of the existing high-speed underpass,the digital simulation condition analysis technology is used in the construction planning stage to analyze the safety of the existing structure in the whole process of truss hoisting,and in order to ensure the installation accuracy of the truss layer,the stability of the side wall of the existing tunnel is studied by using the finite element analysis software.Ensure the construction progress,quality and safety of the whole truss layer,and provide reference value for similar projects in the future.
